These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Printology website and your orders for custom-printed products. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Quotes & orders
Prices shown in our builder are calculated instantly from the options you select and are an estimate based on the information you provide. Your final price is confirmed after our team reviews your artwork and specifications. If anything affects pricing, we will contact you before any charge.
Proof approval
Every order includes a free digital proof. Production does not begin until you approve your proof. You are responsible for carefully reviewing your proof — including spelling, layout, colors, and sizing — before approving it. Once approved, your order is printed as shown on the proof.
Payment authorization
When you check out, your card is securely saved with Stripe and $0 is charged at that time. By placing your order you authorize Printology to charge your saved card for the agreed order amount after you approve your proof. If your order requires a re-quote, we will confirm the updated amount with you before charging.
Your artwork & intellectual property
You represent and warrant that you own, or have all rights and permissions to use and reproduce, any artwork, logos, text, or other content you upload. You grant Printology a limited license to use that content solely to produce your order. You agree to indemnify and hold Printology harmless from any claim arising from artwork you provide, including claims of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement. We may decline to print any content we believe is unlawful or infringing.
Finished size & measurement variation
Our standard bandana blank is 22″ × 22″ of fabric before it goes on press. Printing, drying, cutting, and stitching each draw the fabric in, so a finished bandana can measure smaller than 22″ × 22″ — and smaller than the print size you selected. This applies to every bandana and is most noticeable on our largest print areas: 19″ × 19″, 20″ × 20″, and full-bleed, which are printed to run to or past the edge of the blank. Sizes shown in the builder and on your proof describe the print area, not a guaranteed finished measurement. Minor variation in finished size from piece to piece is normal for custom printing and is not a defect or grounds for a refund.
Custom products are non-refundable
Every item we make is custom printed to order, so all sales are final and no order is refundable once you approve your proof and production begins. If production makes a mistake, your order may be eligible for a reprint. Reprints and refunds are granted at the complete and sole discretion of Printology, and Printology has the final say as to what warrants a reprint, what warrants a refund, and what warrants neither. Nothing in these Terms obligates us to issue a refund on a custom-printed item. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full policy, including how to report a problem.
Turnaround & delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates and begin when you approve your proof. While we work hard to meet every deadline, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. Rush options, when available, are priced in the builder.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at no charge any time before you approve your proof and production begins. Once production has started, an order cannot be canceled.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printology’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our warranty is limited to reprinting or refunding orders that do not match your approved proof, and whether an order qualifies — and whether the remedy is a reprint or a refund — is determined by Printology at its sole discretion, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
